Acoustic Control Sensors are used to monitor acoustic emissions from your grinding equipment. By continuously monitoring sound waves, even the slightest variation in machine noise can be detected. Tiny grains of abrasive in a grinding wheel coming in contact with a work piece or wheel dressing would be undetectable by the human ear, but are picked up readily by these sensors.
