AS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

MANCHESTER, NH - Melikka Perron has been hired by GTI Spindle Technology as Customer Service Manager. In her new position, Ms. Perron will serve as the primary liaison between GTI Spindle customer base, GTI production and GTI sales departments to insure 100% customer satisfaction.

Perron brings with her over 20 years of experience in inside sales and customer service and will play a critical role in the 3rd quarter (2005) launch of GTI Spindle’s “World Class Service” Campaign.

GTI Spindle Technology with locations in Manchester, NH, Bloomington, IL, and Taylor, MI offers a variety of services including failure analysis and corrective action programs, vibration analysis diagnostics and guaranteed cost savings programs. They inspect, repair and remanufacture spindles and other precision rotating assemblies for a variety of applications, including CNC milling, grinding, drilling, boring and micro-finishing.
