Automatic Balancing During Production

The Dittel HBA 4000 hydro balance system provides fully automatic balancing of the grinding wheel. Compensation of imbalance is achieved through injection of coolant tank fluid into a 3 or 4 chamber compensating tank. This eliminates contact and wear and minimizes maintenance. The Dittel MBA 2000 is an electro-mechanical balancing system which compensates forum balance by changing the position of the available compensation mass in the balance head. During rotation of the wheel, the drive energy and control signals are transmitted by means of a transmitter, eliminating contact and wear. This system is especially suited for large grinding wheels, as the grinding wheel remains in a balanced condition even after the machine has been turned off.
